Bradford will be full of confidence after their 4-0 defeat of Leeds United at Elland Road in the West Riding Senior Cup final. Leeds, who had gone through their previous thirteen games without defeat, were shocked by the way Bradford snapped up their chances to lead 3-0 at the interval through goals by Elliott (a capital winger) and Crosbie (2). Hodgson scored the fourth goal.
